Helping our clients walk again after they have suffered a life altering experience.
We help clients get back to a place where they can start to regain their strength and rebuild their life. We work with the client. We help our clients build muscular strength, body awareness, and regain balance so that the individual can be independent and learn to walk again. We start with water therapy teaching the client how to regain a simple walking pattern. We help them move and stretch muscles that need to move. With the support of the water we can achieve muscle reactivation. When the client is in the water, they have freedom to move their bodies without gravity getting in the way, soon the client graduates to land workouts where we continue to work with gravity building the muscle strength to achieve the everyday routines of life.
-We would love to give you a free session. We believe that every session you do with us will help you gain the knowledge and awareness to be the best that you can be. Try us out! We do zoom classes and live sessions.
